Our story
Graceful Gatherings began in 2021 as Ashlyn Grace Events, born from a passion for celebrating life’s most meaningful moments while Ashlyn was still in college. What started with planning weddings quickly grew into something much bigger — a calling to serve others through intentional, joy-filled events.
In 2025, we rebranded to Graceful Gatherings to reflect our heart for more than just weddings. Today, we proudly plan and design events of all kinds, from milestone celebrations to corporate gatherings and everything in between. As a faith-based business, we lead with grace, integrity, and a servant’s heart, believing every event is an opportunity to create beauty, connection, and lasting memories.
Meet the Owner
Meet the Owner, Ashlyn Lambert — the heart behind Graceful Gatherings. Ashlyn earned her double major in Event Planning and Professional & Creative Industries, with a minor in Business, from Liberty University. She combines formal education with a deep love for creating meaningful, beautifully organized events. Newly married as of June 2025, Ashlyn understands firsthand just how special life’s milestone moments are.
The name Graceful Gatherings holds personal meaning — “Grace” is Ashlyn’s middle name and a value that shapes both her faith and the way she serves her clients. Grace is at the center of everything she does, from thoughtful planning to navigating the behind-the-scenes details with calm and care. When she’s not designing celebrations, you’ll likely find her embracing life as a proud border collie dog mom or enjoying her favorite cup of coffee (or two!) as a true coffeeholic. With a passion for details and a servant’s heart, Ashlyn brings warmth, organization, and intention to every event she touches.
